A: USA orders typically take 3–8 business days. International orders take 3–12 business days after processing. Processing time (3–5 business days) is separate and should be added to the total.

A: We offer a 14-day return window from the date of receipt. Items must be in original condition with tags and original packaging.

Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Order Cancellation

Q: Can I cancel an order?
A: Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement before processing begins. A $20 transaction fee applies. Once processed, cancellations are not possible.
